The process board indicates which cart will produce what, and once the setup is complete, the work card is removed from the board and affixed to the mold. This allows for a clear view of the progress status. The cart line operates slowly, taking 70 minutes for one cycle, during which molding takes place. This facilitates easy labor management for small-batch, diverse production and greatly reduces the burden of transporting heavy items, which is a characteristic of foundries.
